Jacks Knob Trail
Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps as access to Brasstown Bald, this trail climbs to the top of Wolfpen Ridge.

Take US 129 north from Cleveland to GA 180. Turn east and stay on GA 180 to GA 180 spur. Turn left and follow the signs to Brasstown Bald. The road to Brasstown Bald was originally designated as Georgia 66.

From the traffic circle around the stunning historic courthouse take Cleveland St. (US 129) south for 6.9 miles to GA 180. Turn left and stay on GA 180 for 7.3 miles to GA 180 spur, the entrance to Brasstown Bald. Turn left and travel 2.3 miles to the Brasstown Bald Visitors Center. A per person fee is required to park in the visitors center parking lot.
